Relationally focused. Evidence-informed.
My work is centered around helping individuals, couples and relationships navigate complex issues with others and themselves. As a systemic thinker and trauma-informed clinician, I help clients build relational self-awareness & create meaningful change that supports their day to day lives. As a psychotherapist, I approach my work with warmth, empathy, and logic & greatly value the therapeutic relationship. I consider it a privilege to work with people of varying backgrounds and identities & am committed to cultural humility in my practice.
I earned my Master of Science in Marriage & Family Therapy from The Family Institute at Northwestern University, and am a Clinical Fellow with the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT). In addition to my clinical work with clients, I am also an AAMFT Supervisor Candidate and provide supervision and consultation for graduate students and provisionally licensed therapists.
I believe therapy can be a highly-effective process when both creativity and research serve as the foundation. Finding a therapist that's a personality fit who works to create a safe, non-judgmental space for processing is key.
